Edith Allonby
December 1, 1875 – present
Birth place: Leeds, West Riding of Yorkshire, England, UK
British writer and fantasy novelist. She was educated at Whiteland's College, Chelsea, and became the headmistress of several schools. After writing "The Fulfillment" in 1905, which contained "either truth, or page upon page of blasphemy", her publishers insisted on editorial changes. Frustrated over those changes, and to bring attention to the book, she committed suicide. The place of birth now given as Leeds, York is probably not correct (Leeds resides in Yorkshire btw), but may very well have to be Lancaster, Lancashire.
