Date of birth, 1923-07-02, from findagrave.com. Note that some sources give 1923-07-23 as the date of birth, apparently in error. Mark Rich's biography says the following about Kornbluth's date of birth and the lack of a middle name: "...their first child [Lewis] was born July 25, 1920... The couple's second child was born just short of three years after their first, on July 2, 1923. They named him Cyril." (p. 16) According to Lewis, Cyril "never had a legal middle name" (also p. 16). Author is married to Mary Kornbluth.
