Hans Joachim Piatkowski

According to a note in Polaris 1 he was born in one Königsberg, but it's unknown if it is the one in Prussia or the one in Bavaria. As of 1973 he lived as a teacher for art in Mainz, Rhineland-Palatinate, West Germany.
