Amazon.com page for the 2010 Kindle edition of Ravenous Ghosts says "Ravenous Ghosts is his first collection. Another, entitled, Gone Are Those We Know is in the works." There is no other mention of the latter title online but this site, https://web.archive.org/web/20040811024742/http://www.geocities.com/scifiparadox/fiction.html, included a short story with that title that is not readable because the archived page ends abruptly.
