Locus1 says that this is a pseudonym for James Andrew Wilson, but it is not clear that that person and the "" in the ISFDB are the same. "Snoo Wilson" appears to have written only in the mid-80's, and that "James Andrew Wilson" wrote only in the mid-2000's. (There is another "James Andrew Wilson" who published an autobiography in 1927.) So unless we find additional evidence that these two authors are the same person, we leave them separate.
