- On limitation page at front of book: Lucius Shepard's signature, and: "This special signed edition is limited to 500 numbered copies and 26 lettered copies. This is copy ___." Note that there are also an unknown number of copies with a signed but un-numbered limitation page (e.g. PV2 and copies on ABEBOOKS.)
- On copyright page: "FIRST EDITION", "Copyright (c) 2003", "Dust jacket illustration Copyright (c) 2003 by J. K. Potter", and ISBN.
- "Signed, limited edition: $35.00" on jacket front flap.
