In later publications of the 1882 Blackwood edition, Walter Besant is credited on the "Fifth Edition" title page dated 1882 (viewed at Google Books, above) and the "Sixth Edition" title page dated 1883 (viewed at HathiTrust, above as HDL). In both those eds./printings the narrative spans pp. [1]-358.

British Library (BL, below) reports one copy "In a binding signed by L. J. Hardham, England".

Google Books (above) provides the scan of one copy of a later printing, or assembly with a later-printed half-title leaf. Facing the 1882 title page, "Tauchnitz Edition: By the Same Author" (half-title verso, at Google as "Page 2") lists 11 titles, 20 volumes (2 titles, 4 volumes with a co-author). The latest is Armorel of Lyonesse whose first edition was published in 1890. The book on view is library bound, probably, without the original paper covers, certainly; thus without any list of "Latest Volumes" in the series. Also without the back pages catalogue.
