Info from Locus #575 (December 2008), as received in October 2008, which lists it with a price of $14.99 at that time. The source of the original 2007 price ($12.99) is uncertain.
The copyright page of the book says "First SFBC printing: June 2007", although it may not have been released until July, since the trade hardcover of Legacy (the 2nd book in this omnibus) was not published until July of that year.
