• The contents of both US and UK editions are identical except for the credits on the front cover. The title page gives the imprint of both publishers: Robinson in the UK and Running Press in the US. The copyright page contains info for both publishers, the top half being the UK publishers. The entire press run was printed and bound in the EU.
• The US edition [this record] (bottom half of the copyright page) was "Published in the United States in 2009 by Running Press Book Publishers" with a complete number line: "9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1".
