As per http://shannara.wikia.com/wiki/The_Sword_of_Shannara , this novel was re-released in 2003 in three parts: "In the Shadow of the Warlock Lord" (Part 1), "The Druid's Keep" (Part 2), and "The Secret of the Sword" (Part 3).

First printing indicated by the number line: "2 4 6 8 9 7 5 3 First Edition" (per standard Random House practice.) The same printing was available in the UK with a new jacket priced at £6.95.
