• The title is stated on the title page as "Shadowrise" over "Volume Three of Shadowmarch"
• The publisher is stated on the title page as "DAW Books, Inc."
• Priced for sale in Canada at C$35.00.
• The cover artist credit is stated on the copyright page and back jacket flap.
• August 14, 2010: For sale at $27.95 on Amazon.com and C$35.00 on Amazon.ca.
• The table of contents on page xi has the in-universe essays "Synopsis of Shadowmarch" and "Synopsis of Shadowplay" as appearing on pages xv and xix. This is not correct. The essays are on pages xiii and xvii.
• There are three maps that are credited to Tad Williams based on their signatures. The map on page iv is signed "TW 2004", page viii is signed "TW 2004" and page x is signed "TW 2006".
