The categories of artwork are: Advertising (pp. 20-33), Book (pp. 34-83), Comics (pp. 84-105), Concept Art (pp. 106-119), Dimensional (pp. 120-137), Editorial (pp. 138-155), Institutional (pp. 156-187), Unpublished (pp. 188-245).
The first page of each category presents the Gold Award winner in that category, the second page the Silver Award winner, the remaining pages the Honorable Mentions.

Many of the sculptures (Dimensional art) were photographed by the artists, but when a different photographer is named, he is credited for the artwork.
