- "Edited by Stephen Jones" (over) "Illustrated by Randy Broecker" stated on the double-wide illustrated title page (pages ii-iii).
- The ISBN-13s of both this Trade edition (978-1-905834-50-0) and the Deluxe Slipcased edition (978-1-905834-58-7) are stated on the copyright page. These two numbers may have been printed on the back flap of the dustjacket but have been stickered over with new ISBNs: 978-1-848630-89-5 (Trade hardcover) and 978-1-848630-90-1 (Traycased hardcover). The first set of ISBNs are used on the publisher's website. The OCLC record lists the latter ISBN for this edition, but also comes up when searching for the first (stated) ISBN. Only the second ISBN links to Amazon. It appears that there may have been a delay in the production of this title, because most of the books in this ISBN range were published circa 2007-2008. The delay may have been the reason for assigning a new ISBN and the stickering of the dustjackets. The stated ISBN for the Trade edition is an invalid number and the stated number for the Deluxe edition was used for another PS title.
