Notes
In late winter 2011-2012 Cemetery Dance issued a notice that 50 "dinged" copies had been found and they'd sell them or $99 each. Later they changed their minds and had a second print run issued because they didn't feel confident selling the damaged editions -- so 2nd print discounted to first order to $99 plus shipping is EXACTLY the same as the original print run.
irregular pagination -- many pages are all art with no page numbers and every 10-20 pages or so a fold-out is included and does not affect pagination when it starts back up.
at front and back are 4-page frontispiece/endpiece that are portions all the same painting for "The Mist" that is original to this publication
Book has no cover marking and came slip-cased, but the actual front cover is the same image that graced the hardcover first-edition of Nightmares & Dreamscapes, by Rob Wood "One Plus One Studio" is credited as "One + One Studio" but due to technical reasons we record it as Plus in the DB.
