• Copyright page prints the complete Library of Congress Cataloging in Publication data including the ISBNs of both the trade edition (softcover) and this edition (indicated as "lib. bdg") with the assumption that they were published simultaneously. It also includes the LCCN (83-49474).
• No stated date of publication except for "1984" stated in the LoCCiPD. Copyright dated 1984 also.
• Locus1 gives the data of publication as January 1985, but received their copy in December 1984.
• Price of $10.89 printed at the bottom of the front flap of the dust jacket. (This is a library price.) The LCCN record incorrectly gives the price as $11.89.
