Project Gutenberg Ebook #651 is a transcript of the 1911 Macmillan collection Phantasmagoria and Other Poems, which states "First published in 1869" (probably t.p. verso; viewed only as PG #651).
The title poem "Phantasmagoria" is one of those first published in the 1869 collection, according to the uncredited note, p[v].
