Notes
- No printed price.
- The story listed below as "Canterbury 2100 : Pilgrimages in a New World" is framing material, although it is a story in its own right, as well as linking the tales.
It consists of a page or so before each story, plus a final few pages. In the book, the parts of this story are headed only by a curlicue in the title block (and the text is in a different typeface). - Story titles of the tales taken from the title block of each; two are slightly different from in the TOC. (The Sue Isle story & the Penelope Love story [even though the latter is probably an error].)
