Publication date is from Amazon.com. as of 2012-04-26. According to the indicia on the facsimile's contents page, the date of publication of the original pulp was 1941-06-00.
The title of the magazine is Captain Future: Man of Tomorrow on the magazine's front cover, but the contents page says Captain Future: Wizard of Science, however the indicia states that the title of the magazine is just Captain Future.
All the artwork is uncredited, credit is given through the artist's signatures.
There are unsigned, Captain Future character portraits on p 17 (Captain Future), p 18 (N'Rala), p 19 (Ul Quorn), p 27 (Johnny Kirk), p 31 (Harris Haines), p 34 (Otho), p 35 (Grag), p 44 (The Brain), and p 65 (Phantom Priest). Most of these are migratory, and move from one Captain Future novel to another.
Each of the sixteen chapters of the Captain Future novel open with an unsigned drop-case micro-illustration.
"The Worlds of Tomorrow" is a non-fact article dealing with aspects of the Captain Future mythology. This column's Atlas' artwork is unsigned, but may be Alex Schomburg's work.
"The Man Who Awoke" originally appeared in Wonder Stories, March 1933 and would be serialized in three part in Captain Future: Summer 1941, Fall 1941, and Winter 1942. This issue reprints, in facsimile, the first eight pages, the first three chapters, and three spot illustrations from the story's original publication.
