"Selected and translated with an introduction by Šárka Tobrmanová-Kühnová. Preface by {{a|John Carey}}." The inside title page has a second subtitle "Previously Untranslated Journalism and Letters". Almost exclusively non-genre, though there is a review-essay of {{a|Aldous Huxley}}'s Brave New World and some mentions of Čapek's SF works. The Contents page doesn't list individual items but just the six thematic sections/chapters. The book/editor takes care to spell diacritics properly including Č in the title, though many websites/catalogues simplify it.

Data from amazon.com and OCLC. Selected and translated with an introduction by Šárka Tobrmanová-Kühnová. Preface by John Carey. Other price from The British Library: £12.99; also on back cover of Archive.org copy.
