The illustration on p. 15 is in two separate sections, separated by text as, but appears to be a single piece of artwork nonetheless; this is as it was in the magazine. The illustration on p. 24 is signed "Kelly Freas"; that before p. 10 is signed "Freas" with the "F" being Freas's stylized KF-in-circle logo (making it a judgment call whether to credit to Freas or K. Freas); the illustration on p. 15 is signed simply with the KF-in-circle logo. Publisher's wrapper gives the author as "Gordon Randall Garrett", but the text itself as "Darrell T. Langart".
