This probably didn't appear until early 2012.

- Limitation page following the front free endpaper bears the statement "This special signed edition is limited to 500 numbered copies and 26 lettered copies." (over) "This is copy _____" in which the copy number is hand written. The author's signature is above the statement over his printed name in the center of the page.
- "Dust jacket illustration Copyright © 2011 by Vincent Chong" (over)"Interior design Copyright © 2011 Desert Isle Design, LLC." stated on the copyright page.
- No ISBN. Price printed on the front flap of the dustjacket. "Dust jacket illustration Copyright © 2011 Vincent Chong" (over) "Dust jacket design Copyright © 2011 Desert Isle Design, LLC" printed on the back flap of the dustjacket.
- Interior art by Vincent Chong consists of three full-color plates (unnumbered and printed on slick paper).
- Publication date from the title page. Originally scheduled for Fall 2011, but not published as of 2011-12-20. Copies were available from resellers in July 2012, so it must have been appeared in the first six months of 2012.
- According to the publisher's website, the first 200 copies were bound in leather, and housed in a custom slipcase for $125. This record is for the 300-copy edition, numbered 201-500, fully cloth bound. This is not apparent in the book itself.
- There was also a Lettered edition of 26 leatherbound copies housed in a custom traycase, including all the features of the Deluxe Limited Edition for $250.00
