• Some copies (including the verification copy) of the first 500 inscribed as well as signed by author.
• Publisher identification number unknown.
• "FIRST EDITION" printed on copyright page.
• Artist credited on the front jacket flap and title page.
• There are six illustrations. Each is listed on an Illustrations page, but use full sentence to sentence and a half for descriptions.
