HathiTrust Digital Library (catalog record) lists full views of 11 copies, not examined 2017-11-07.
EXCEPT that copy from U Michigan, briefly, to establish:
-- it contains an original cover (gold lettering on red cloth)
-- t.p. displays the title as does the UK ed., states 1917
-- t.p. verso states "Published, May, 1917."
None of the front pages (U Michigan copy viewed at HathiTrust) supports representation of the US title with a comma, rather than as the UK title unpunctuated, or with a colon.
