• Cover artist not credited. Style-wise, could be Margaret Horder, however, first page of the book states "Cover design by Jack Newnham" who has been credited with other cover art for this author, and, style-wise, could be Newnham too. (Back cover art is stylistically a little different from the front and interior art.)
