• 4th printing per number line. There is a second number line with "05 06 07 08 09" that is likely the printing date. As the first printing is February 2005 this 4th printing would have been in February or later.
• This is a paperback sized hardcover book that also appears to be perfect bound rather than stitched as would be common in the hc format. There is no book jacket. The artwork is bound directly onto the cover.
• Cover art credit for Brad Weinman on the back cover. A "BW" signature is visible but it's at the extreme edge with some of it on the bottom of the front cover board.
• There are two interior art drawings that are not credited nor is a signature visible. The first is a frontispiece on page [2] and the second is a map on page [9].
