Amazon lists the date of the first edition of this book (978-1934935491, Cornerstone Book Publishers) as 2012-04-08. However, Goodreads lists the same ISBN as published in 2009 by Michael Poll Publishing. According to the Cornerstone Book Publishers Web site, it's an imprint of Michael Poll Publishing. Since this book is the first volume in a trilogy and the second volume was published in 2010, we are using 2009 until more information becomes available.
