Robur the Conqueror: Master of the World

{{Tr|an anonymous hand}} This is the same translation as the 1887 anonymous translation first published by George Munro as Robur the Conqueror; or, A Trip Round the World in a Flying Machine. This translation begins: "Bang! Bang!" The sound of two pistol shots was heard. A cow crossing a field fifty paces distant received a bullet in the spine. The cow was an innocent victim. Like spectators at a riot she had fared worse than the combatants.
