Worldcat quotes the colophon: "This printing ... consists of twelve copies printed by Roy A. Squires in July of 1961 as a gift to a few of Klarkash-Tons̓ friends" and gives the publisher as "n.p."
Eldritch Dark gives the number of copies as 15 or 16 and states that it was published by Roy A. Squires with heavy paper wraps.
Chalker/Owings states that an overrun of 15 copies was printed for this poem and "Hesperian Fall" during production of the collection The Hill of Dionysus: A Selection. These poems were separately bound and sold to help promote and finance the book.
