Notes
Note that all of the DAW editions have a Michael Whelan cover but it appears the cover has been revised from printing to printing.
- The first printing shows just Zatar [1]. [This may not be true for all printings. My verified first edition has a wraparound cover with the female character on the front and the male character on the back. Mhhutchins]
- With a later printing Zatar is replaced by Anzha [2].
- For the 15th anniversary edition both Anzha and Zatar are on the front cover [3].
- Later printings of the 15th anniversary edition DAW still have Anzha and Zatar but DAW removed the blue "Fifteenth Anniversary Edition" star. [4]
Note: there is no glossary in the first edition paperback.
