First published in the US by Sturgis & Walton. The UK edition (probably January 1911) was printed in the US and its printed pages appear to be identical, except the title leaf. See the publication records.
Wikipedia (May 2019) provides a front cover image of the UK edition (Sidgwick & Jackson), and list of Contents with some annotations and wikilinks.
HathiTrust Digital Library (HathiTrust.org) catalogs full views of five copies, all as Sturgis & Walton, 1910 – the 1st edition. There are anomalies:
1. That from University of Wisconsin–Madison is a copy of the UK edition (Sidgwick & Jackson).
2. That from Cornell has a front cover different from the two California copies, although the covers look original and the printed pages appear to be identical.
(The NYPL copy has been rebound certainly.)
UK edition, printed in the US
Published in January 1911 evidently, although announced for Autumn 1910 and dated 1910.
There is a listing in "The Pick of the Publishing Season", The Nation 1910-10-08 p78 supplement (with price).
Otherwise this title is found only in 1911, in May 2019 automated search of 1910/1911 UK newspapers and magazines; earliest:
• listing in "Publications of the Week", The Spectator 1911-01-07 p28
• review in "Current Literature", The Scotsman -01-19 p2
There are numerous reviews January to April 1911.
HathiTrust Digital Library provides full view of one copy with presumably original front cover. (As of May 2019 it is mis-catalogued as one among several copies of the US edition, with identical page-count.)
-- copyright page states British and US copyrights 1910 by Stoker; "Printed in the United States of America"
-- Preface, p.v-ix
-- Illustrations, [xiii], lists 10 (frontispiece plus 9 plates not included in the pagination); evidently portrait drawings of 10 "impostors"
-- text spans p3-345
-- Index, p347-49
Except the title leaf, interior pages appear identical to those of the US edition.
