The text of the 1996 Hodder edition refers to the main location in the story as "Whaleroad", even though its cover and its title page has "WHALE" with "ROAD" under it. The National Library of Australia CiP data on the 1996 edition copyright page has it as one word. (Note however, that the National Library of Australia catalogue MARC record has both.)
