  • "Published in July 2001" stated on the copyright page.
  • Both the publisher's website and Locus1 give the date as November 2001. (PV1 copy received in January 2002).
  • Limitation statement is printed on a smaller sheet which is adhered to the front loose endpaper: "This special signed edition is limited to 500 numbered hardcover copies..." (over) "This is copy..." in which the copy number is hand printed.
  • The signature sheets (two of them) are bound between the story copyrights page and the editors' note page (page 3). The signatures of the two editors, the introducer, the cover artist, and the five British authors are on the first page. The second page contains the signatures of the eight American authors.
  • Copyright page gives the ISBNs of two editions: "1 902880 23 4 (Hardback)" (over) "1 902880 22 6 (Deluxe Edition)". Research shows this is the only edition published. The ISBN for the trade edition was assigned to this deluxe edition. The ISBN for the deluxe edition was reassigned to the deluxe edition of another title from PS Publishing: Nowhere Near an Angel by Mark Morris.
