As of 2019-07-01, Amazon UK/US report 496 pages for all three publications 2015 to 2018. Both sites report round-number prices for the 2016 Oxford World Classics paperback, "RRP: £8.99" and "List price: $14.95". Interiors may be identical between the title leaf and unnumbered back pages about the publication series.

Amazon provides "Look inside" the 2016 tp format only. The selection varies but may on multiple visits comprise nearly all of pp. vii-xlii and 391-444; that is, all but the 16 stories. Except several items by Michael Newton and uncredited collaborators, the contents are grouped in three sections, spanning pp. 1-404: • PROLOGUE (2 older stories from Grimm and Andersen) • VICTORIAN FAIRY TALES (14 stories) • Appendix: What is a Fairy Tale?
