This was the collection I wrote for my MA, and it's only ever been available as an ebook until now.

Need to check correspondence of contents.
For example, "Flight" was probably not in the 2010 edition - author's website gives its first publication as 2013. An Internet source implies a story entitled "The Lives of Saints" was in the 2010, but isn't in the 2014; vice versa "Bluebeard" (variant title or changed title?).
