Notes
According to the afterword by Roy Wilkins this novel - the last Pratchett wrote - was not entirely finished upon his death. Presumably at least Lyn Pratchett had a hand in finishing it, but {{A|Rhianna Pratchett}} and {{A|Rob Wilkins}} might have had too: the note of thanks for this novel was written by the three of them.
