Note about original UK/Australia hardcover editions: According to an archived page on the author's Web site, "Due to an error, many copies of Golden Fool sold in the UK and Australia are missing Chapter 16. ... If you have previously purchased a copy of Golden Fool, please look at Chapter 16. It should be entitled "Fathers". If it is not, you have a defective copy."
