Review not found 2017-10-04 in 1916 newspapers (earliest The Spectator 1917-01-06), nor December advertisements. Some WorldCat library records report the limited edition, 350 copies, as "1916, (c)1917". WorldCat records report different page-counts, 78 and 115, as well as different sizes, 26cm and 33cm or so. Newspaper records do not make clear when either format was actually available.
