First advertised as a 2015-05 release, but, according to the author's Web site as of 2015-12, the book will be published in the UK in 2016-06 and in the US (as "The Cartographer's Daughter") in 2016-07.
- Data from Amazon UK as of 2015-12-19. Advertised as a 2015-05-05 release, but apparently this ISBN never published. Not in COPAC, OCLC or Goodreads. Amazon UK shows the book as "temporarily unavailable". As of 2015-12 the author's Web site says that the first edition will be published in 2016-05.
- 2016-04-02 It's still a 404 on Amazon.com but is listed on amazon.co.uk at £6.99 by Chicken House Ltd on 5 May 2016 as a 288 page paperback. The author added a record for this to Goodreads on Nov 26, 2015 and another Goodreads editor added the ISBN on Feb 22, 2016. Her blog entry for April 2, 2016 includes pictures from a tour of the manufacturing plant where her book is being published.
