Note that this collection was first published as part of the omnibus The Blood Books, Volume 3 (2006). It was reprinted as a standalone publication in 2008 though with a new essay, Writing "Stone Cold" and the screenplay "Stone Cold". The author's introduction has also been updated to include mention of the "Stone Cold" essay and script.
