The first 14 of 15 stories are all those from All Fellows (1896) and The Cloak of Friendship (1905), mixed and without apparent relation to the original sequences. The meaning of the title may be "All Fellows and The Cloak of Friendship" but the last story is new (date from Clute/Grant "Housman, Laurence").
