• Priced for sale in Canada at C$36.99.
• The covert art is credited on the back jacket flap.
• There is an uncredited frontispiece illustration on page [2]. No signature is visible. This illustration also appears on the section headers on pages 21, 115, 211, and 319 though on those pages it's reduced in size slightly and cropped compared to the version on the frontispiece.
• Map interior art on page [9] credited on the copyright page. The map is titled "Temple Emergents of Canopy" and so that was used in the record for it in ISFDB rather than "Crossroads of Canopy (map)".
• Original data from Amazon.com as of 2016-12-05. When transient verified this was found to be accurate other than the page count was updated from 336 to 333.
• Transient-verified copy is from a public library. I should be able to retrieve this copy if needed. ~Marc
