Both authors are listed on the title page. Hall states that Glasgow was responsible for the preface with Cabell responsible for the main essay. Limited to 109 copies. All copies were distributed by the authors. The publisher also printed mailing envelopes with the name and home address of one of the authors printed on the back flap.
