Other data from Amazon.com with Look Inside; the publisher is specified inside the book as Fighting Monkey Press but the Amazon website gives CreateSpace as the publisher. The Amazon website lists a subtitle of "A Collection of AIs, Dreamwalkers, and Other Psychic Mysteries" but this does not appear in the book.
