Internet Archive provides full view of a copy including original cover and endpapers: -- frontispiece and title page: "Drawn by ..." and "Decorated by Blanche Ostertag" -- text (10 stories and one poem) spans p3-300, unillustrated Ostertag decorations evidently comprise the frontispiece, which illustrates "The King of the Golden River"; the endpapers, apparently by the same hand; and possibly the front cover.

Library of Congress record {{LCCN|07-29005}} reports a 1912 ed./printing as 300 pages with frontispiece, no other illustrations.
