• Dust cover's original printed price of $19.00 covered with a publisher's sticker which prints the ISBN and the adjusted publisher's price of $19.95.
• $19.95 is the price of the original issue of this pub (as opposed to unsold publisher stock reissued at a later date at a higher price). The supporting evidence is:
