- Eleven booklets, each containing a single story, housed in a handmade box featuring a matte-black finish, an iridescent colour-shifting foil stamp on top, and a magnetized lid.
- The booklets have debossed design details. Nine of them are bound with brass staples, and the other two ("The Pear-Shaped Man" and "Savory, Sage, Rosemary, and Thyme") are perfect-bound. Each booklet has its own cover illustration. The pages of each booklet are not numbered.
- The editor's introduction is printed on the front of a single laid-in card. Lovecraft's poem is printed on a card adhered to the bottom of the box.
- "Edited by Patton Oswalt" and "Design by Natalie Olsen" stated on the top interior lid of the box.
- "Made in Canada" (over) "2017" printed on the bottom of the box.
