According to the publisher's website, the deluxe hardcover edition was offered for preorder in the fall of 2017, to be delivered in 2018; purchases were stated to include "early ebook access in November/December 2017" (ebooks were to only be offered for retail purchase after the limited edition sold out). However, since in fact the ebooks were delivered in February 2018, this should be considered a 2018 publication.
