Uncertain size
• WorldCat record OCLC 154710684 reports 18cm. So does OCLC 28435009, for the original of a microfilm copy.
• OCLC 1947507 and HathiTrust reports 19cm, perhaps both catalogued by Harvard University.
Thus ISFDB format in paper covers is uncertain, pb or tp?
HathiTrust Digital Library provides full view of one copy, evidently library bound as containing the original covers (images 7-8, 193-94, with inside covers blank):
