Notes
The first 4 pages in the book are unnumbered and the text relates to all 3 novels. Each one of the three individual novels has an unnumbered title page and starts on page 7. The first novel runs to page 260. Then there is an unnumbered title page for the 2nd novel. The second novel starts on page 7 and runs to page 278 followed by an unnumbered title page for the third novel. The third novel starts on the first numbered page, 7, and runs through page 253. The last 15 pages are unnumbered and contain mechanical drawings by Steve Venters.
