• Limitation page proceeds the frontispiece. Signed by ten contributors (the author, the introducer, the dustjacket artist and the seven interior illustrators).
• Limitation Statement: "This deluxe slipcased edition is limited to 374 numbered and 26 signed copies of which this is number/letter_____"
• "FIRST EDITION" stated on the copyright page with a complete number line: "0 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1".
• The copyright page contains the complete Library of Congress Cataloging in Publication Data including the ISBNs for this signed/limited edition (0-942681-06-1) and the trade edition (0-942681-05-3). Also includes the LCCN (90-49520).
• Year of publication stated on the title page. Month of publication given here taken from Locus1.
• "Jacket Painting by Don Ivan Punchatz (over) Jacket & Typography Design by Arnie Fenner" printed on the back flap of the dustjacket.
• Same dustjacket as the trade edition. Incorrect ISBN printed on the front flap (0-942681-050-3)
• Includes a loose errata slip correcting the page numbers of the illustrations which were wrongly indicated on page [ix].
